Delivery

We appreciate your custom greatly and we also appreciate the fact that once you've paid for your items you'll want to receive your clothing, as soon as possible. 

Items ordered between Monday and Friday are usually sent out within 5 - 10 business working days for domestic UK orders.

If your order is received during the weekend; it will be processed the next available working day (usually Monday unless there is bank holiday).

Delivery waiting times so you have an idea on how long you may have to wait.

* UK orders can take up to 5-10 days
* International & EU orders can take between 10 to 20 days to arrive pending location
* Spend over £50 to get FREE shipping! (UK Customers only).

Tracking

Standard tracking isn't available on normal orders. However if you really want to be able to track your package UK/International/Europe and are prepared to pay the extra cost associated to it. Then please email us here, and we can add this to your order. Please also contact us if you require express delivery.

Wheres My Order?

We will notify you via email if there are any know problems with your order.

If you've ordered your clothing and it still hasn't arrived..Well first of all we are really sorry! but this We send our items out via Royal Mail FIRST CLASS (for UK orders) or STANDARD AIRMAIL for international order. This option is the cheapest available and helps us keep the price of postage down.

We have to wait 6 weeks before we can file a complaint with the postal services and claim losses on the missing package, If you pay for additional tracking on your package you can trace its whereabouts up until the point it reaches you; If you don't pay for tracking; then please be mindful that we expect you to at least wait until the applicable waiting period (above) has passed before we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
